Refunds and Returns

At Perfect Girl Day, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 90 days from the delivery date of your order.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our Customer Support Team.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the product to our facility in Australia. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as Perfect Girl Day cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Support Team within 6 hours of placing your order.

All orders remain in a processing window for 6 hours before they are sent to our fulfillment team. After that, cancellations may not be possible.

All wholesale orders are final and non-refundable as outlined in our Wholesale Pricing Guide.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

To verify the issue, please send a video to our Customer Support Team.

In cases of manufacturing defects, Perfect Girl Day will also replace the product free of charge.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you believe you entered the wrong address, contact our Customer Support Team within 6 hours of placing your order. Our team processes orders quickly, so there is only a short time to correct any errors.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Perfect Girl Day is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to international orders.

Perfect Girl Day is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or currency exchange charges that may apply to your order.
